Terms | St George Services
These terms describe the intake, referral, and use rules for St George Services.
Nature of the service
St George Services is a local intake and contractor-screening platform for St. George-area homeowner requests. We connect homeowners with local service providers.
No guarantee of assignment or project acceptance
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch, pricing, contractor availability, or project completion. Routing depends on service category, fit, timing, geography, and provider availability.
Homeowner responsibility
Homeowners remain responsible for evaluating quotes, licenses, insurance, scope, and final agreements with any contractor or provider they choose to hire. This site does not replace that due diligence.
Content and form use
Do not use the site to submit false, unlawful, abusive, automated, or spammy content. The site may reject, ignore, filter, or rate-limit submissions that appear abusive or low quality.
Changes
The site, form contract, service mix, and routing relationships may change over time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms posted here.
