Privacy Policy | St George Services

This privacy policy explains what St George Services collects, how request data is used, and how homeowner submissions are routed to local service providers.

What we collect

When you submit the request form, the site may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, service category, property type, neighborhood or HOA context, timeline, project notes, attribution data, and temporary IP-based anti-abuse data.

How request data is used

Request data is used to review your project, identify an appropriate service provider, contact you about the request, and prevent abusive or automated submissions. Requests are reviewed before follow-up.

No mass lead resale

The operating model for this site is not a broad lead-resale system. Referral relationships may affect who follows up, but the site is positioned around one local intake and controlled follow-up rather than mass lead blasting.

Data retention

Request records and operational logs may be stored in Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and related systems for review, follow-up, abuse prevention, and reporting. The IP-based rate-limit counter expires after one hour and the raw IP address is not retained in the durable request record.

Your choices

If you do not want a local service provider to receive your request, do not submit the form. If you have an immediate safety hazard, contact 911 or your utility provider first rather than submitting this form. Policy updates may be reflected on this page without separate notice.
